Hand Therapy includes treatment of all conditions affecting
the elbow, forearm, wrist and hand including:
• Joint dislocations (e.g. finger joints)
Hand and Finger Conditions
• Trigger finger or Thumb
• Mallet finger (best seen early)
• Volar plate injuries (immediate intervention is best for an optimal outcome)
• Arthritis
• Cuts and lacerations (including tendons, nerves, muscles or blood vessels)
• Tendinopathy (tendonitis / tendonosis)
• Carpal tunnel syndrome
Wrist, Elbow & Forearm
• De Quervain's tenosynovitis
• Wrist pain (including weightbearing pain)
• Elbow pain
• Ligament injuries (e.g. skier's thumb, wrist, finger collateral ligaments)
