Getting the Best Outcome
Treatment is often most effective when started as soon as possible after an injury. If a splint or dressing has been applied in the emergency department, please continue to follow wearing instructions until your hand therapy review.
What to Bring
​Please bring any referral information (from your GP, ACC, or other insurer) and a list of your current medications.
Your Treatment
Your care may include splinting, wound and scar management, swelling control, taping, stretching, massage, acupuncture, and a personalised exercise or movement programme.
